1.2 Purpose of Information Usage
All collected data is solely used for arranging vehicle scheduling, cargo tracking, delivery notification, after-sales service follow-up, quotation settlement and customer demand optimization. We will use contact information to send logistics progress reminders, service updates and preferential cooperation plans; we will never send irrelevant advertising spam without customer consent.
1.3 Information Storage & Protection
We adopt encrypted cloud storage systems to store all customer data, with strict access authority control. Only designated customer service, dispatching and finance staff can view relevant information corresponding to their job scope. Our technical team conducts regular security maintenance on the platform to prevent data leakage, loss or illegal access caused by system loopholes. Customer shipping records will be retained for 5 years in accordance with industry regulatory requirements, and automatically cleared after the retention period expires.
1.4 Information Sharing Rules
We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal and enterprise data to any third-party institutions without your written approval. The only exceptions are:
- Authorized cooperative carriers, customs brokers and insurance agencies that need partial address and cargo information to complete transportation services;
- Mandatory information disclosure required by national judicial, market supervision and transportation regulatory authorities through formal legal documents.
1.5 Your Rights
You have the right to query, modify or delete your stored personal information by contacting our customer service team. If you no longer accept our services, you may apply to close your account and clear non-mandatory historical data. If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you can submit a complaint to our official customer complaint channel, and we will complete the investigation and reply within 3 working days.
1.6 Policy Updates
We reserve the right to adjust this Privacy Policy according to national data protection laws and business optimization needs. Any revisions will be published on the official website and service page in advance, and continued use of our logistics services after the update takes effect will be deemed your acceptance of the new policy terms.
