Shipping Delivery Policy

4.1 Confidential Information Definition

All non-public information exchanged during cooperation is classified as confidential content, including but not limited to: customer production plans, monthly shipment volume, product cost data, exclusive supply chain customized schemes, signed contract terms, cargo batch information, customer contact lists and quotation pricing details. Confidential information exists in written documents, electronic files, system background data and oral communication records.

4.2 Confidentiality Obligations of Our Company

All employees, dispatchers, warehouse staff and outsourced partners who access customer confidential information must sign a non-disclosure commitment. We strictly prohibit any personnel from copying, forwarding, disclosing or using customer confidential data for personal gain or third-party commercial competition. Internal information transmission is limited to staff with corresponding job needs, and all confidential electronic files are equipped with watermark and download restriction functions.

4.3 Customer Confidentiality Responsibilities

Customers shall also keep confidential our internal transport resource prices, vehicle fleet allocation data and unpublicized preferential cooperation policies obtained during communication. Without our written consent, customers cannot disclose such internal business data to competing logistics enterprises.

4.4 Confidentiality Term

The confidentiality obligation takes effect from the date of the first cooperation between both parties, and remains valid for 3 years after the service contract expires or terminates. Even after cooperation ends, we will not disclose the customer’s historical shipping data and business confidential information stored in our system.

4.5 Liability for Breach of Confidentiality

If our staff or cooperative third parties leak customer confidential information and cause economic losses or brand reputation damage to the customer, we will take internal disciplinary measures against the responsible person and bear corresponding compensation liability according to the loss amount agreed in the contract. Customers who breach the confidentiality clause and disclose our internal business data shall compensate us for all direct economic losses incurred.

4.6 Exceptions to Confidentiality Restrictions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
  1. Has entered the public domain before or after disclosure without either party’s fault;
  2. Must be submitted to regulatory authorities, courts and customs in accordance with national laws and formal legal procedures;
  3. Both parties confirm in writing that the information can be shared without restriction.
