Warranty Policy

2.1 Service Coverage

Our standard logistics services include domestic road transportation, air freight, sea freight, cold chain transport, warehousing storage, door-to-door pickup & delivery, cargo sorting, packaging and cross-border customs clearance agency. We provide standard, expedited and customized exclusive supply chain schemes to match different cargo types, timeliness demands and customer budgets. Special cargo such as oversized machinery, hazardous goods, live animals and valuables requires prior consultation and additional qualification verification before accepting orders.

2.2 Order Placement & Confirmation

Customers need to truthfully submit cargo name, weight, volume, pickup & delivery addresses, required delivery time and special storage/transport requirements when placing orders. Our operation team will issue a formal quotation after checking the information; the order officially takes effect only after you confirm the quotation and complete the agreement signing. If you provide false cargo information leading to vehicle matching failure, customs detention or transport risks, you shall bear all resulting losses and extra fees.

2.3 Pickup & Delivery Standards

Door-to-door pickup and delivery are included in standard orders within urban downtown areas. For remote mountainous areas, industrial parks without vehicle access and rural villages beyond the service radius, supplementary remote operation fees will be clearly marked in the quotation. Customers must ensure smooth vehicle access at the loading and unloading location; if the driver cannot reach the designated address due to road restrictions, the extra labor and transit costs generated shall be borne by the consignor or consignee.

2.4 Cargo Acceptance Regulations

The consignee must inspect the outer packaging and cargo integrity on site when receiving goods. If extrusion, breakage, water damage or shortage is found, photos and videos of the damaged goods must be taken on the spot, and the delivery receipt shall be signed with damage remarks. If the consignee signs for the goods without inspection and puts forward damage or shortage claims afterwards, the company has the right to reject compensation applications without on-site damage evidence.

2.5 Fee Payment Rules

All transportation, warehousing, packaging and auxiliary service fees are itemized in the quotation. Individual clients settle fees before pickup; long-term cooperative enterprises can apply for monthly settlement after signing a credit agreement, and must complete payment before the settlement deadline. Late payment will generate a daily overdue surcharge agreed in the contract, and we reserve the right to suspend follow-up logistics services for arrears customers.

2.6 Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service unilaterally if:
  1. The consignor ships prohibited, dangerous or contraband goods without declaration;
  2. Customers repeatedly default on payment or refuse to cooperate with normal cargo inspection;
  3. Customer behavior seriously disrupts dispatching, warehousing and delivery order.

    Customers may terminate the order free of charge if they notify us to cancel pickup more than 24 hours in advance; last-minute cancellations will incur empty vehicle reservation losses as specified in the quotation.
